Quick post for my Tuesday mani. I added matte topcoat, for some reason I like glitter polishes with a matte topcoat. The only things I dont like is if you bump the nail it turns white...weird.

monday nail art challenge-floral 6/27

I recently joined this awesome group on Facebook called Polish-aholics Anonymous a ton of ladies swapping polish ideas, needless to say its awesome. Every Monday there is a nail art challenge with a different theme. For this Monday is floral so here is my design. I used my dotting tool for the first time for the flower petals and it didn't come out too bad. For the center I took a tiny piece of glitter and put it right in the center. Very girly, I like it!

A week ago I blogged about a Sinful Colors Adventure Island which is a dupe for OPI Stranger Tides. My friend Jasmin wanted to try it out with this cool patterned stamp on top it turned out really cute, I love the color combo.

My first Lippmann, Im in LOVE!

I went over to my friend Andrea's house a while back to have a fun girl night with dinner and nails. She had this beautiful Deborah Lippmann color called Stardust that she kindly let me borrow and I fell in love with this line of polishes!

I've seen swatches online and was just waiting to get my very own, well today is the day. I went to Nordstrom and checked out the line for blogger So Nailed since we are putting together a nail swap, check her blog Stephanie an awesome chick from Belgium!

I got her "Glitter In The Air" which is milky white/light grey base with hexagon shaped pink and blue glitter, so pretty.

For myself I've been lusting after "Bad Romance" which is a black base with a lot of purple glitter I really love it and here it is!

Went back to this cute area in LA for date night with my honey and after an awesome dinner, checked out the store where they have pa and eternal polishes (Japanese brands). He treated me to a couple stickers and a Eternal polish 8J, my first! I love this shimmery champagne color and cant wait to use these stickers.

Rumple's Wiggin Mani-UPDATED

So at about day 3 of this mani started to chip on the tips then I saw this blog post about using the partial BM 11 stamp (which I had yet to use) and do them on the diagonal. There are a really pretty leaf pattern with berries and half the size of the full nail pattern stamps. So I covered my chips and have a new mani!

Just saying that name out loud makes me happy! 7:00am and Im getting compliments on my manicure. Ive been crazy with the nails lately so I thought Id tone it down with a simple mani and I really like this lilac color, I have two coats on but could have used a third. Of course I had to do something to my ring finger so I added a flower sticker that I got in a pack from the dollar store for $1.29, cant beat that.
